Now we do not suggest that you actually lower your security, but rather, if there is an area where you can identify web sites that you WANT to access regardless of your security settings, then you can list our site in that area. Many people, who trust a web site, will list the web site in their allowable area of their security settings so the site will not be blocked by security.
Un-Block Our Site:
Some Internet browsers will have a setting that BLOCKS certain sites. Now it is NOT the site they are blocking, but if a web site does not conform to the block requirements, then the entire web site or certain parts of it will be blocked. If you receive a pop-in that says our site is blocked on your computer, you have an area on the tool bar of your browser to UN-BLOCK. If you have trouble viewing our videos or any other content on our site, you might make sure our web site is not blocked.
What Browser Are You Using?
If you are using a PC then you could be using a variety of browsers. There is Internet Explorer or FireFox. We have found that most of our visitors use Internet Explorer, but sometimes, due to security issues, there could be a problem viewing our videos. Be sure to check your settings. You might need to install an ADD-ON. Both Internet Explorer and FireFox have add on programs that will correct a viewing problem on our site.
Are You Using A MAC?
We have had no reports of visitors having trouble viewing our videos using a MAC. However it should be noted that usually, regardless of the computer you are using, if your have problems viewing our videos it is most likely because some plug-in or add-on is not installed or that a setting is not checked ot on.
Internet SPEED is Important!
Video files are the largest files to display over the Internet. Because of this fact, having a slow Internet connection speed can cause the video to take longer to display on your computer. Some visitors have reported that they think the video did not load because the "buffering" takes so long and they see nothing in the video area. If you are connecting to the Internet at a slow speed, it will take longer for the video to display on your computer. The only thing we can suggest is if you are not connecting to us via cable ot high speed Internet, then just wait for the video file to download. Sometimes the buffering process takes longer than expected and this is due to the slow speed of your Internet connection.
Please Note: All of our video stories are designed to start immediately when you enter the page that they are located on. This means that if any CONTROLS show up at the bottom of thre area where the video is suppose to play, you should have to do nothing. However, it has been brought to our attention that with some web browsers, after the video is loaded you WILL HAVE TO PRESS THE PLAY ">" BUTTON to see the video. Try pressing this button if the video does not play immediately.
